Job Responsibilities
- Daily Bank Reconciliation using the Xero Accounting system
- Daily Invoice Processing
- Daily Sales Import
- Weekly processing of payments to vendors
- Weekly Payroll using Deputy, Tanda, & Ento and payout using Xero
- Assist in the preparation of Weekly KPI
- Monthly lodgment of Payroll Tax using State Revenue Office, Queensland Government, and Revenue NSW portals.
- Monthly or Quarterly lodgment of Installment Activity Statement or Business Activity Statement using the Australian Taxation Office portal.
- Quarterly processing and payment of Superannuation Fund.
- Daily monitoring of each client’s email and responding to vendors’ queries.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- To be of legal working age
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of Xero Experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
